Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy together form the agreement between you and Alien Algorithms. By accessing the website, dashboard, software, scripts, documentation, research rooms, communities, checkout pages, or any related service, you agree to these terms.

If you use the services for a company, fund, desk, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into binding agreements, and permitted to use trading-related software where you live or operate.

You are responsible for keeping your login, Google/Firebase account, Stripe billing access, TradingView username, devices, and credentials secure. Activity under your account is treated as your responsibility.

We may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account is fraudulent, abusive, shared, resold, used to bypass access controls, involved in chargebacks, or otherwise creates legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk.

Alien Algorithms provides TradingView-related software, Pine Script tools, indicators, dashboard features, research tools, educational material, and private access experiences. The services are analytical software and information tools only.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, exchange, custodian, financial planner, tax adviser, law firm, or execution venue. We do not place trades for you, custody assets, manage your money, or promise any financial outcome.

Any examples, charts, indicators, market commentary, backtests, screenshots, demonstrations, community discussions, or research notes are provided for informational and educational use only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, trade, allocate, rebalance, or use leverage.

Support, private-room discussions, community replies, Discord posts, direct messages, and product education are limited to technical help, software education, general market education, and use of Alien Algorithms features.

We do not provide personalized advice based on your portfolio, account balance, objectives, risk tolerance, location, tax situation, open positions, time horizon, leverage, broker, exchange, or financial circumstances. Do not send us sensitive portfolio details, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, tax records, or information you expect us to treat as a basis for personalized financial advice.

If a team member, moderator, affiliate, contractor, or community participant comments on markets, setups, indicators, risk, or strategy, that communication is general educational discussion only and is not a recommendation or instruction for your account.

Trading financial markets, crypto assets, futures, forex, equities, options, leveraged products, and other instruments involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your capital, and losses can exceed deposits when leverage or margin is involved.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, position sizing, broker or exchange selection, tax treatment, compliance obligations, and use of any output from the services. You should use your own judgment and seek professional advice when appropriate.

You agree that Alien Algorithms and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and agents are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, liquidation, margin calls, data errors, signal delays, TradingView issues, broker issues, exchange outages, or decisions made using the services.

Reviews, testimonials, influencer posts, affiliate promotions, Discord wins, customer screenshots, social posts, examples, or case studies reflect individual experiences or illustrative examples. They do not represent typical results and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes.

Trading outcomes depend on market conditions, timing, risk management, discipline, fees, liquidity, leverage, taxes, platform performance, and user decisions. Any compensation, affiliate relationship, free access, discount, sponsorship, ownership interest, or other material connection connected to an endorsement should be disclosed with the endorsement.

We do not authorize fake reviews, misleading screenshots, undisclosed paid endorsements, cherry-picked performance claims presented as typical, or promotional content that implies guaranteed profits.

Some paid products require a valid TradingView account and an accurate TradingView username. You are responsible for maintaining your TradingView account and complying with TradingView terms.

TradingView, Stripe, Firebase, Google, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication providers, and other third parties are independent services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, policy changes, billing rules, account restrictions, data practices, or availability.

Alien Algorithms is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TradingView unless expressly stated in writing by both parties.

Subject to your continued compliance and payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the services for your own internal personal or business analysis.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, leak, share, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, reconstruct, bypass access controls, mirror, frame, automate, exploit, or create competing products from the services, source code, scripts, concepts, documentation, visual assets, dashboards, private-room material, or proprietary workflows.

You may not share private script access, paid account access, community access, credentials, invite links, screenshots of restricted material, or proprietary logic with unauthorized people. Any unauthorized access or distribution may result in immediate termination without refund and further enforcement action.

Alien Algorithms and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, indicators, names, logos, designs, documentation, workflows, trade secrets, source code, compiled code, visual assets, research material, and related intellectual property.

Feedback, ideas, requests, suggestions, bug reports, comments, and recommendations you submit may be used by us without restriction, attribution, compensation, or ownership obligation to you.

The services may change, evolve, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may add, remove, rename, modify, throttle, or replace features, products, scripts, research rooms, access methods, prices, or support processes.

We may perform maintenance, respond to security events, address legal or operational obligations, adapt to TradingView or third-party platform changes, or preserve service integrity without guaranteeing continuous availability.

You may not use the services for unlawful conduct, market manipulation, fraud, harassment, spam, infringement, evasion of sanctions or export controls, unauthorized access, bot abuse, service disruption, credential sharing, or any activity that may harm Alien Algorithms, other users, third-party platforms, or the public.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with payment processors, platforms, law enforcement, regulators, or rights holders where appropriate.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, availability, profitability, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that any indicator, model, script, chart, alert, data visualization, dashboard, research discussion, or educational material will be accurate, complete, current, timely, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with your setup, or suitable for any trading strategy.

Alien Algorithms and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or lost-profit damages; trading losses; business interruption; loss of data; loss of goodwill; account restrictions; third-party platform issues; or unauthorized access, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Alien Algorithms for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or 100 USD if you used only free services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alien Algorithms and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the services, trading decisions, account activity, breach of these terms, violation of law, infringement, misuse of third-party platforms, or dispute with another user or third party.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Any claim must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Paid services may be offered as Premium or Researcher subscriptions, monthly or yearly, through Stripe Checkout or another approved processor. Stripe Checkout identifies the selected price, billing frequency, trial length when available, first paid charge timing, renewal timing, cancellation method, and refund policy before payment details are submitted.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through the dashboard, Stripe billing portal, or another cancellation method we make available. You are responsible for canceling before the applicable renewal or trial deadline if you do not want future charges.

By completing checkout and accepting the terms in Stripe Checkout, you authorize recurring subscription charges according to the plan, price, frequency, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout.

The Premium Plan may include a trial period when offered at checkout. The trial exists so you can evaluate the Premium service before deciding whether to continue as a paid customer.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Premium subscription will convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged according to the billing period selected at checkout.

Trial availability may be limited to one trial per person, account, payment method, TradingView username, household, business, or other identifier we reasonably associate with you. We may deny or revoke trial access for abuse, duplicate accounts, chargeback risk, fraud indicators, or circumvention.

The Researcher Plan does not include a trial period unless a checkout page or written offer expressly says otherwise. Researcher access begins as a paid service when checkout is completed.

Because Premium users are given a trial period to evaluate the product before purchase, paid Premium charges after the trial are final and non-refundable.

Paid services are not subject to refund for any plan, including Premium, Premium Annual, Researcher, Researcher Annual, upgrades, renewals, partial months, unused time, account inactivity, failure to connect TradingView, user configuration issues, dissatisfaction after access is granted, market losses, third-party outages, or cancellation after the charge date.

Alien Algorithms may choose, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund, credit, or accommodation. Any voluntary refund does not waive our rights or create an obligation to provide future refunds.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, fails, or is suspected of fraud, we may suspend or terminate access immediately, revoke TradingView grants, recover costs, and refuse future service.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for past charges, current billing periods, annual commitments, or unused time.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless your access is terminated for breach, fraud, payment dispute, security risk, platform requirement, or other permitted reason.

We may collect account information such as your name, display name, email address, authentication identifiers, Google/Firebase account data, TradingView username, plan selection, subscription status, trial status, checkout intent, subscription consent records, support requests, and administrative notes.

We may collect billing-related information from Stripe or another processor, such as customer ID, subscription ID, invoice ID, payment status, plan code, billing period, amount, currency, tax information, and limited payment metadata. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, timestamps, logs, local storage/session storage values, error reports, security events, access grants, provisioning jobs, webhook events, and interactions with dashboard features.

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, process checkout, record subscription consent, manage subscriptions and trials, provision or revoke TradingView access, provide customer support, operate the dashboard, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical issues, maintain records, enforce terms, comply with law, and improve the services.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product development, security, business operations, and research, provided it does not reasonably identify you.

We may share information with service providers and processors that help operate the services, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, database providers, email or communication tools, analytics tools, security tools, support tools, and TradingView-related access workflows.

We may share information in response to legal process, enforcement of terms, security investigation, business transfer, fraud prevention, payment dispute, chargeback response, tax or accounting obligation, or protection of Alien Algorithms, users, third parties, or the public.

We do not sell personal information for money. If future features involve targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or other regulated sharing, we will update this policy and provide available privacy choices.

The website and dashboard may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, checkout intent records, and similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout continuity, preferences, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service operation.

You can adjust browser settings to limit some technologies, but blocking them may prevent login, checkout, dashboard access, or TradingView provisioning from working correctly.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services, maintain business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, detect fraud, support chargeback evidence, and preserve security logs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. You use the services with that understanding and are responsible for securing your own accounts, devices, and credentials.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, and rights not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.

California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit certain sensitive personal information uses where applicable, and receive equal service and price when exercising rights.

To request privacy assistance, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.

If you access the services internationally, you understand that information may be processed in countries with different data protection rules.

The services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
